This apprenticeship is about working with people and providing good customer service for a business.

Customer Service is important to a business because they want to make sure that customers are going to continue to use their service and therefore if you have poor customer service it could result in losing custom.

This is a 12 month programme and all elements must be completed in order to achieve an Apprenticeship in Customer Service.

Below are some of the areas that could be covered as part of the framework:
